📦 Return Window

You can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Just make sure:

• It’s in the same condition you received it
• All accessories and packaging are included
• There’s no damage from misuse or unauthorized repairs

✅ What Qualifies for a Return

We accept returns if:

• Your device arrives with a defect or doesn’t work as expected
• You received the wrong item
• You’re not satisfied with the product’s performance (within 30 days)

🚫 What Doesn’t Qualify

We’re unable to accept returns if:

• The item was damaged after delivery
• Parts are missing or serial numbers have been tampered with
• The return request is made after 30 days

💳 Refund Details

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made a mistake
• A restocking fee (up to 15%) may apply for non-defective returns
